REPORTS TO: Inclusion Coordinator
WORK TIME: Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our Properties Operations team is working to determine a reopening date for our 2022 summer program. This position is anticipated to begin on-site between July 4th – July 18th and will work full-time hours (35 hours per week), Monday – Friday, until September 2nd, 2022. Further information regarding mandatory training dates & the official start date will be confirmed in the onboarding process.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Our Inclusion Staff are responsible for supporting campers with a variety of exceptional needs to optimize enjoyment in our Summer Camp program. Inclusion Staff will assist Camp Counsellors in encouraging adventure, increasing participation, and facilitating the development of new skills and interests for kids. Inclusion Staff are responsible for accommodating and modifying program plans to meet the physical, cognitive, and social needs of identified youth. This position requires passion for inclusion principles and a sound understanding of tools and strategies necessary for successful integration.

Declaration of vaccination status will be requested upon hire in addition to a clean Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
