Camp Nedooae is located on Brown Lake, in Elderbank, and is a great camping location for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. This 265 acre site is also home to numerous hiking and biking trails, lots of wooded and cleared areas, a climbing and rappelling tower, as well as a shorter bouldering wall as well.
Large events such as ScotiaJamb 15 and the 2017 Canadian Jamboree have been held here. While this site is great for large events it is also great for smaller group events as well.
The Nova Scotia Council is also home to a number of small and medium sized locally run camps. We are lucky enough to have more than 20 properties spread all throughout the province where our scouts are able to go and participate in great, safe scouting adventures and make memories that they will cherrish for a lifetime.
