A group of 1st Hastings Scouts enjoyed the October sunshine Saturday with some time on the water, paddles in hand.
The event on Mill Pond in Norwood attracted 15 Scouts along with parents and friends.

Other local businesses are supporting 1st Hastings scouting groups, including Wrap It Up ‘N Go (Norwood) helping Beavers (ages 5-7); Kroes Croquettes Inc., Peterborough helping Scouts (11-14) and Oakland Greens Golf and Country Club Inc. (Norwood) helping Venturers (15-17).
