Revenue Development Functional Team — Volunteer Opportunities

The Revenue Development Functional Team supports fundraising efforts for Scouts Canada and Groups through multiple annual Campaigns inclusive of: Scout Seeds, Scout Coffee, Scout Popcorn, No One Left Behind, and Help Kids go to Camp. The functional team also looks to support Philanthropy, Corporate Giving, and Grants and Foundation Giving.

 

Fundraising Team Roles

The team supports annual fundraising campaigns: Scout Seeds, Scout Coffee, Scout Popcorn.

  • Council Fundraising Coordinators (multiple)
  • 2-5 hours per week (pending on campaign)

Philanthropy Team Role (Number of roles: 2)

Support the stewardship of donors to ensure our donors receive up-to-date information, impact reporting, appreciation, and to help motivate future donations to support Scouts Canada Mission.

  • Philanthropy: Stewardship Coordinator
  • 2-5 hours per week (hours will fluctuate)

No One Left Behind: (Number of roles: 2)

No One Left Behind (NOLB) supports Scouting youth and families with subsidies to eliminate economic barriers to membership and program activities. The volunteer role looks to support NOLB fundraising activities, campaign expansion, and donor engagement.

  • Volunteer Ambassadors (x2)
  • 2-5 hours per week
